Sausage Rotel Dip

Happy Hump Day! I hope you all had a Wonderful Wednesday!

I can’t believe we are just a few days away from the 50th Super Bowl!

We are just days away from the one of the biggest football games of the year. Super bowl 50 is Sunday and of course we all want our team to win. Score big with family and friends with the MVP menu of the year.  This sausage dip will be a winner for your Super bowl Sunday menu!  It is something different from the normal rotel dip.  It is time for family, food, friends, and of course football!  I hope your team wins! I haven’t decided who I want to cheer for yet because I love Cam Newton and Peyton Manning so I will be happy either way!

2 rolls of Tennessee Pride Sausage (hot or mild)

2 8 oz blocks of cream cheese

2 cans of Rotel

Cook sausage in a skillet until brown and drain grease from meat. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high until melted! Serve with tortilla chips or crackers! Enjoy!!

Easy Party Punch

A party or celebration isn’t complete to me without a good punch! I have been a lover of a good punch since I was a little girl.  Apple Juice and Sprite was my first mix as a child.  I just love a nice refreshing beverage!

I had the pleasure of sharing my easy party punch recipe on ABC 33/40 for Halloween and I had a blast! I hope you guys enjoy my easy punch recipe!

1 gallon of Hawaiian Punch (any color)

1 2 liter of Ginger Ale

1 can 46 fl oz of Pineapple Juice

Mix all ingredients in a punch bowl or punch dispenser and add ice!

Tip: Add 1 of can pineapple chunks or 1 can of fruit cocktail for a twist. It is really cute to match your Hawaiian Punch with your event colors.

Cute DIY Cups

Happy Spooktacular Saturday!!!

I can’t believe I haven’t posted anything since September 28, 2015. Let’s see where do I start? I was super busy preparing for the 31st annual Southern Women’s Show and celebrating my Birthday. I was ready to get back in my blogging world and had to put my computer in the shop. (sad face) I still don’t have it back but, I had to figure out a Plan B.

I can’t believe Halloween is next Saturday!  The time is just flying by and it will be Christmas before you know it.  Are you having a Halloween Party? I just get so excited about each holiday and the different things you can do for entertaining.  I have the perfect idea for your beverage station.  I bought some plain cups from Target and added Halloween stickers to them.  You can use this idea for any holiday or event.  If you have a Halloween party next week I hope you try this cute and simple idea!!

Have a great weekend!!
