Summer Pasta Salad

Happy Fabulous Friday!!!

It’s hard to believe Summer is coming to an end already!!! It is time for back to school and no more easy going traffic for work commutes in big cities!

Labor Day is usually the last big Summer bash of the and it’s time to start planning your end of the Summer party so you can end Summer 17 with a bang! My Summer pasta salad will be the perfect addition to your menu!



2 boxes of Angel Hair Pasta
1 16 oz bottle of zesty Kraft Italian dressing
1 16oz bottle of Roasted Red Pepper Kraft Italian dressing
1 Cucumber
2 tomatoes on a vine
1/4 cup Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
McCormick Salad Supreme Seasoning


Boil Angel hair pasta according to the instructions on the box. While pasta is boiling cut your tomatoes and cucumber. After pasta is done boiling add all ingredients into a large pretty clear or white bowl. Sprinkle a little McCormick Salad Season on top and mix well. It is best to chill pasta overnight or least for 3-4 hours.

Corn Casserole

I can’t believe the weekend is over already.

Have you started planning your Thanksgiving menu?  I have the perfect side dish for your menu this year.

I know it can get boring eating the same thing year after year for Thanksgiving so hopefully you will add this corn casserole to your menu.  It is so good and easy to make.  It is always a big hit with my family!



2 cans of whole corn (Drained)

1 can of cream corn

1 stick of butter (melted)

2 eggs

1 cup of sour cream

1 box Jiffy Mix

Optional: 1-2 tablespoons of sugar


Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 15×10 baking dish. Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl and pour into greased baking dish.  Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.


Tip: Casseroles are best if allowed to set for approximately 5 minutes after removing from the oven.
