Easy Party Punch

A party or celebration isn’t complete to me without a good punch! I have been a lover of a good punch since I was a little girl.  Apple Juice and Sprite was my first mix as a child.  I just love a nice refreshing beverage!

I had the pleasure of sharing my easy party punch recipe on ABC 33/40 for Halloween and I had a blast! I hope you guys enjoy my easy punch recipe!



1 gallon of Hawaiian Punch (any color)

1 2 liter of Ginger Ale

1 can 46 fl oz of Pineapple Juice

Mix all ingredients in a punch bowl or punch dispenser and add ice!


Tip: Add 1 of can pineapple chunks or 1 can of fruit cocktail for a twist. It is really cute to match your Hawaiian Punch with your event colors.






Honey Jack Peach Tea


Hello Foodie Fans,


I hope you all had a Terrific Tuesday! I wanted to share a yummy cocktail recipe with you all for the Labor Day Holiday coming up this weekend. This cocktail is super easy and only calls for three ingredients.   Be careful drinking it because it is so refreshing you will think you are drinking peach tea. It will be the perfect cocktail for your Backyard BBQ as we say goodbye to summer and hello fall! I hope you all enjoy!



1 part Honey Jack Daniels

2 parts Lipton’s Peach Tea

1 part Peach Schnapps


Pour all ingredients in a glass over ice! Cheers!

Tip- Add a splash of sprite to give it a little twist

Chocolate Coffee Martini

Martinis have transformed so much since the 1920’s. When I found out about the recipe contest for Icebox Coffee the first thing that came to my mind was a coffee martini. Martinis are one of the most widely known modern cocktails today. I know martinis can be known as a girly drink but, I think the coffee gives the martini a great twist. I just love how it turned out and hope you do too! Add this yummy cocktail to your menu for your next event!

1 ½ oz Whipped Cream Flavored Vodka (I used Smirnoff)
1 ½ oz Cold Brewed Icebox Coffee (Madagascar Vanilla)
¾ oz Coffee Liqueur
¾ oz Kahlua White Russian
1 bottle of Chocolate Flavor Syrup

Combine Vodka, Coffee, Coffee Liqueur, and White Russian in a cocktail shaker, add a few ice cubes; Cover the cocktail shaker with top and shake until very cold; Drizzle Chocolate syrup on the inside of the glass and strain cold martini in the glass. Cheers!

Tip: You can also use plain vodka for a stronger taste

White Wine Berry Spritzer

This white wine berry spritzer is the perfect cocktail for your party on the patio this summer! It is light and so refreshing! It is amazing how something so quick and easy taste so good. This cocktail will be added to your recipe rolodex! Cheers!


1 bottle of White Wine (I used Moscato)
1 lemon lime soda or bottle of sparkling water
Strawberries and Blueberries for garnish

1. Pour each glass half full with white wine
2. Top each glass off with soda or sparkling water
3. Drop a few Berries of your choice on top (I used strawberries and blueberries)



Lemon Drop Martini

Hello Foodies!
I decided to make today Mixology Monday and made a delicious Lemon Drop Martini. I just love a good martini and Lemon Drop Martinis are one of my favorites. Invite your girlfriends over for Sex in the City movie and martini night.

1 ½ ounce of Lemon vodka (I used Ivanbitch)
¼ Sweet and Sour Mix
1 splash of lemon juice
Lemon Head Candy or Lemon Drop Candy


In a martini shaker combine vodka, sweet & sour mix, and lemon juice. Add a few cubes of ice; cover and shake until very cold. Wet the rim of the martini glass with lemon juice. Dip the rim in sugar. Surprise your guest by placing one lemon head or lemon drop piece of candy in the bottom of the glass. Strain into a chilled martini glass. It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!

Bonus Tip: Make the Girl’s Night In really fun and make it a Martini Party! Each guest will come with there on special martini recipe and it will be like a wine tasting instead of it will be a martini tasting.

Pineapple Lemonade

Happy Memorial Day!
Nothing says summer like a tall glass of lemonade. This easy pineapple lemonade recipe will have your guest raving for more. With the hot and sunny days ahead this lemonade recipe will be a must for your menu planning.

1 lemon
2 quarts of Country Time Lemonade
1 cup of sugar
1 8oz can of pineapple chunks
1 6oz can of pineapple juice

Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart pitcher and fill with water. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze half in the pitcher. The remaining half will be sliced and added to the pitcher.

Bonus Tip: Add Sprite or Ginger Ale to make it a punch!
